Application |
- In principle, contestants will be selected from those who have at least five years of sushi cooking experience in Japan or abroad, are members of the National Sushi Federation, or have taken the SSI sushi training or examination.
- All participants in the competition must attend the “Black Belt Training Session”. The top 15 finishers in the qualifying tournament will be eligible to participate in the final, depending on the number of participants.
- For the finals, there will be a preparation time on the day before the competition (19th).
- Contestants must be non-Japanese.
